Orders can usually be canceled within 2 hours of being placed. Because our system communicates immediately with our fulfillment center, cancellation isn’t always guaranteed.

If you’d like to cancel, please email us right away at [email protected] with your order details. You’ll receive a confirmation if we’re able to stop the order in time.

After this window, your order may already be processing or shipped, and cancellation may no longer be possible. If that’s the case, don’t worry—you can still request a return or exchange once your order arrives.
