Shipping policy

All orders are usually processed within one business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Orders typically have a shipping time of 2-6 days once shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

 

For all products listed with free shipping, there is no shipping cost for standard shipping within the domestic U.S. For some products, priority speed shipping is available for an extra fee that will be presented at checkout.

Local delivery

 

We do not currently offer local delivery.

 

In-store pickup

 

We do not currently offer in-store pickup. 

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship to countries other than the domestic U.S. that show as available to ship to during checkout, and may not have all products available in certain regions outside the domestic U.S. Extra shipping costs may apply to regions outside the domestic U.S., and will be presented at checkout.

 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. [Your Company] is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 6 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes at this time.
